Texas Safe & Vault offers white glove delivery throughout Texas and nationwide shipping on most products. Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs and delivery details will be provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for inspecting your delivery upon arrival and reporting any damage to the carrier immediately.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Returned merchandise must be unopened and in good condition. Returns require prior approval and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee. Non-stock, special order, modified, or custom items are not returnable. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt. 6. Showroom Visits
Our Austin and San Antonio showrooms are available by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by calling our offices. We reserve the right to modify showroom hours and availability at any time.
